Home for rent in Index:
This is a cute, remodeled, completely furnished 1-bedroom 5th wheel.
- It has a new, very large deck that acts like a 4-season room, with a couch and a fire table.
- The deck's clear vinyl enclosure can be rolled up or down, so in summer it's a great place to enjoy the weather and in winter it gets warmed up quickly when the fire table is being used.
- The home is hooked up to well water and a septic system.
- Starlink Internet is included. (Very good but not perfect.)
- It comes with a full-size washer and dryer.
- It has a sturdy metal roof to protect from snow and rain.
- The 5th wheel is around 300 square feet, not including the deck.
- Available August 1 with a 1-year lease. $900/month plus electricity. (Option to rent longer if desired.)
- Rent includes garbage service, Starlink Internet, and water/septic.

OPTIONAL: There is the option to use this office in that main house, heating it would just increase the electricity bill somewhat.

OPTIONAL: There is also the option to use this large full bath in the main house, again it would just mean a higher electricity bill compared to only using the 5th wheel.

Near the quaint town of Index, the beautiful Skykomish River and the Index Climbing Wall.
